Pachilachaarthaam (Mal Cover)
Pachilachaarthaam (Mal Cover) Lyrics & Chords
A recent song from the Malayalam film, Karayileku Oru Kadal Dooram, that I immensely liked on first hear itself. Such meaningful words of Shri ONV set to a beautiful haunting tune by M Jayachandran and originally sung by Sujatha.
I have recorded this on a vocal-cut and was quite a challenge to record over the track since the suppression led to an echo which was distracting.
Kumar, thanks a lot for pointing me to the song and also for helping me with a much better version of the vocal cut than what i could manage with my s/w.
Do drop in your feedback.

Radhika ….never heard the original song, but this song has all the traditions of keralam. Esp the sound of Veena ….is something which appears these days only in malayalam songs….beautiful rendition and lovely lyrics by ONV sir. Nit pick …the high notes sounded a little strained……to favourites.

Rads: A melodious song and very well sung – nice expressions. Nice raaga – reminded me of some of the tamil oldies – kaalayum neeye, vedam (salangai oli) types.

Very well sung.
Could make out the “cuts” only after listening for the second time (after reading the intro)
Did the song end that abrupt? or was it some prob this side?

Excellent Radhika… Feel factor is top class and voice mod too is v good. Marginal improvement on the clarity of words in charanams perhpas could have added even more beauty… but 0verall very haunting sort of rendtion… brilliant …. keep it up

>Sheba, Saroj,LK – thankyou v much
>Anju – knew this song would be of your liking too. Thanks for faving this.
>Adwait – cant thank you enough for your time espec when you are not familiar with the language. I wouldnt dare translate this line by line, but the essence is that its a melancholic lament after losing her love/questioning the love the protagonist had felt. Havent seen the movie to give you a better idea, but the lyrics suggest the above theme.
>Thanks Uthra. I must check out the songs you listed
>Ramesh – thanks for your time and feedback
>Cheta – i must have clipped the ending too soon, when i trimmed it. Glad you liked this and favd
>Sai – Will check that portion again. Thankyou for the pointer and the feedback
>Aniyetta – thank you for that encouraging feedback and also for the pointer. Will bear that in mind.
