you are a league in yourself bro .. all in one.. great… want some more.. I sit in the Bay Area in Calif and as soon as I switched this on, you had made atleast 7 fans. good job again
thanks friends…I have released an album titled “behki si iss raat mein” and released through t series in the month of july 2007.It is downloadble from ITunes online store.More details about me at: www.myspace.com/sanjaygahlot
Sanjay, Just ‘clicked’, this song is in my favourite from very long time…But I didn’t comment on this… :D
This is very lovely song…I sing this for my wife to tell her about ur composition…even what I sung she liked it very much….want to listen to the original track… :D So its real powerful composition in terms of melody…
Just one question…Why did u used TAIKO Drums in the stanzas…I didn’t get the idea behind that…any special idea ? :D
thnx shashank…the music of my album is arranged by a scotish musician mr rick taylor( rick arranged for elton john and spice girls too..besides george michael’s faith). So the drums used are Timpani ..not sure how taiko drums sounds..may be its similar. It was supoosed to be very low but the t series sound engineer fiddled with those in such a way that we could never get it in original subdued form. Those drums basically convey the building up of agonising pain of separation from beloved( “jaage hum hi raat bhar…this is where the drum plays..)
appreciate your keen and critical eye for music..feel free to call me on 09820742443..i m in mumbai
Nice song .. the vocals, tune, lyrics .. and the fact that you have done it all by yourself makes it even more amazing. Is this part of an album ?
