Original Tamil song sung by K J Yesudas for the movie “Moonram Pirai” – composed by Ilayaraja and lyrics by the legend Kannadasan. The hindi version, “Surmayi ankhiyon mein” for the movie ‘Sadma’ was also sung by KJY .
My first attempt to sing a Tamil song after a long time. May be there are a few diction issues. Hope you will pardon me for that..
First recording with my new Shure SM58 mic…:D

Hello NVK Sir, as always an amazing rendition. All right notes. My only comment, for the first time would be a slight dip in emotion, especially in the stanzas. Otherwise, very melodious.
One of my all time favorite songs, you have sung it really well, didn’t find any problems with the mixing. Loved it :) everything was right notes, emotions.
