she definitely sounds like Sunidhi Chauhan..but needs more energy ! try doing Dhoom or bhoot..one of those songs …there needs to be a greater punch in the vocals..the high notes were a little off…

Priyanka is going to be a fantastic singer just like her father. As rightly suggested by Sudeip, she has to give more punch in those places where it is needed. But that’s going to come automatically, once she gains experience.

Heya.. Sowie for the delay in commenting.. I was off the internet for quite a few days.. However, herez what I think about the song!!
* Timing issue with the mixing in the beginning.. The first drum roll should be exactly on “Kahani” its kinda half a beat early
* Now, this a song based on salsa beat.. So, even while singing there are certain words which need special stress and need that style which puts the energy or punch in the songs.. In the first 4 lines of this song it is the words “Kahani” and “Jawani” which do the trick.. She has done it, but needed a little more is what I feel..
* “Woh bhi ek daur….” was done very well.. Good job!!
* “Gum sum gum sum” was done rendered well, but there was slight timing issue with “Phir bhi dil mein..” and “Koi Sapna..” but she got it covered up with ”..Hum bhi to paaye”
* I don’t blame her for this though.. I’m sure you don’t use a metronome to record.. So, in case there is a slight delay, I would fix it while mixing.. Just cut and move it accordingly!! yeah?
* I like the slight smile on her face while singing!! Thats great!!
* “Sun sun jhoome” again was half a beat late
* I would still consider this a great attempt cuz this sounds easy but isn’t as easy as it sounds!! Great work Priyanka and NVK , you’re a lucky dad!! :)
