About this music
This is one of my favorite gospel songs. I love the lyrics. Keeps me grounded in faith and reminds me of the price Jesus paid for my sins.
Lyrics:
Lamb of God, Son of man how you suffered how You bled
With a crown of thorns pressed upon Your head
You chose the road of pain
You walked the hill of all my shame, all my shame
chorus:
In the shadow of Your cross, I will live for all my days
How could I forget the price You paid
In the shelter of Your love I will give You all my praise
In the shadow of Your cross I will stay
Man of sorrows crucified pure and holy sacrifice
As the hammer hit the nail You offered up Your life
You gave up heaven for Your own
You took our punishment alone
You were so alone
chorus
Bridge:
O King of Majesty
Forever I will sing
Of the gift You gave to me
You gave to me

Hey George,
Never heard this song and it sounds lovely. You sound awesome as usual!
@Joseph – Thanks for your feedback man. You should listen to the original on youtube. It is a beautiful song. Another artist you should check out is Fernando Ortega.
You sounds very good George. I also liked your Elton John song – Sacrifice.
I really liked this on George even though I have not heard many gospel songs otherwise
I wish you can actually play it in a church someday :)

George as usual(Boaringly)Amazing Rendition… :D
I didn’t know you can sing these kind of songs in Church…Would be interesting to listen…
Like the Scale Change part…No movement out of scale at any point of time…
But when the you are at highest notes part…you were not as Comfortable to Scream to reach to the Correct note…Just Felt…
@Shashank: Thanks for your feedback. Glad you liked it man. I made some improvisations in the high parts. Really stretched myself..
