@Ajish, thank you so much, yes I need to take care of that….to be honest being a single stretch recording I do it for about 4 to 5 times coz. where something comes out well in one some minor erros ahappen in the some other….mostly by the 3rd or the 4th one I get somewhat alright….by this time my energy is not upto the mark……will work on it….thanks for the feedback…:)

There were a few minor pitch outs….but considering the fact that this is a one stretch recording….i should say an excellent attempt….very soulful.
I also have this ktrack where Dasettan starts singing suddenly and that reminds me how poorly I am faring…so still sitting in my wish list.

Vinod….I think first time I am listening to you singing a Malayalam song…All have been Tamil only before….You have nicely adapted to a bassy voice to fit to KJY. Well done !! and special thanks for entertaining with awesome “Tamil” numbers…

Extremely difficult song, I can easily perceive…. As Harshan has reflected above, I too did notice some pitching issues, especially at the start. A re-attempt would perfect it I guess, when you have some time….
On of the most difficult KJY songs this one seems to be….
How about covering “Pramadavanam Vendum” for us sometime too :-) ?? It will be fab in your voice….

@Harshan, Thanks a lot for the feedback and appreciation….I suggest you should sing this song….you know what …if you keep thinking of matching Dasettan, there is no way we can ever be able to sing hahahahaha….so what I do is, think that Dasettan can never ever sing like me with the kind of pitching and pronounciation I have,even at Gunpoint!!! …. lol hahahahaha……it gives me a confidence hahaha then just start singing …I am sure it will work for you and for many others here I guess…lol……

@ Anbu, I had posted a few before…but as I told you before though being a Mallu, since born and brought up in Chennai I am more comfortable with Tamil songs…When I sing Malayalam I am always under confident with my diction etc…but will cover many more Malayalam since there are plenty of melodious composition …irunthallum ….“Anbukku Naan adimai….Tamil panbukku naan adimai……”….hahahaha……btw indha paatu track irundha konjam anupungalein please ….try panrein……Thanks for the kind words of appreciation….:)

@ Hemanth aniyaa,…velare valare nanni……Yes in my next attempt after a while will perfect it!!….Hemanth, this one is reasonably difficult, I agree with you ….but it is w.r.t. getting the nuances and the melody with feel….but otherwise apart from Pramadhavanam…our KJY has delivered soooooooooooo many songs so difficult….andha pakkamma thale vechu kooda ennale padduka mudiyadhu!!…lol….edho ennale muzhuga muduyarthe than naan sapida try pandren….adhukku mela KJY padunathellam try panna (especially malayalam) muzhunga mudiyaama thondai adacchu tharkkolai panra madhiri aayidum….lol……

True, Vinod…. KJY is a university by himself indeed…. Had the honor of attending his concerts twice in the past…. once when he graced my undergrad Univ Annamalai U, and once in California…. I briefly resided not too far from his current abode at Dallas, but unfortunately never got to meet him to receive his blessings….
One thing I have noticed in all your flawless Tamil songs is your flawless Tamil pronunciation…. Do you speak Tamil that immaculately too :-) !? Not the slightest Mallu accent anywhere…. Truly commendable, in spite of your growing up in Chennai all along….!

suuuper song selection…. at last i could find some issue in this upload hehehe…. just was kidding…. seriously i was upset a bit…. ur uploads are always always wonderful…. belive me…. but this one had slight problems in diction, pitching and sangathis…. sangathis towards the end of anupallavi and charnam…. it dint come out well…. when u could handle much difficulty sangathis, this was unexpected from gr8 singers like u….
