It seems that the only way to be released from Love is through the journey of self torture!. Can love be a blissful constant or does it have a perverted capricious quality that gives it the weapon of proclamation from time to time?!. Whichever way, it gives lyricists a lot of raw material to exploit its very nature by juxtapositioning loving and parting as if they were somehow intertwined into eternity … may be it epitomises life itself as souls come and part from this thing called the world?!!.

Murali, that was scintillating performance that prompted me to write the above and you were like the messenger detailing the pains of love beautifully. Your voice was nice and heavy and conveyed the unmistakable message of broken love and of its acceptance in agony. The richness in your voice poured out the lover’s medicine which was gulped down avidly like milestones in the healing journey!.

This song was quite similar to ‘Uyire Uyire Vandhu Ennodu Kalandhuvidu’ and in fact I think the producer must have wanted a pretty similar tune that Prakash Kumar has facilitated with expert music.

Your voice is unique and has a certain endearing quality. Some minor refinement here and there in the high ranges will make it sound even more mature but this will come with time I am sure.

constant bliss when shared and cared for in the genuine sense of the term. It is one of the most sophisticated yet the biggest weapon which touches the soul.Only a few are blessed with it.
‘LOVE’ is always eternal and can never die:-)

Our lyricists emphasize more on Love themes and here they stand out conveying the tragedies of a broken heart in the best way coupled with excellent music. Of course who will never be subdued to the concept of ‘LOVe’?

Murali this is a brilliant performance and as I give due importance to ‘LOVE’, made me write the above. The pains of agony of the heart being separated and your voice could convey the feelings even to the most tough heart on Earth. I am too happy about it.

Truly, u are like the West wind which carries
the scent far and wide, that is how you carry your
feelings and expressions far away into the world.

I liked the song and feel good listening to Tamil
songs which have beautiful lyrics and conveys so much of one’s heart. It did touch my heart deeply.

I think there is nothing much to say more than what Dr Priya and Arvind has said regarding love. It is better to have loved and lost , than never to have loved at all.

Muraliji, the song was a great pick. You have rendered it with the precise feel will move a lot of hearts. Your brilliance to render soft numbers packed with high emotions is worth applauding. It sounded like an original for me. Nothing less than 5/5 and the arrow goes through my heart as I smile :-).

It still buzzes in my ears man…. I cant resist from playing it again & again. One pointer from me is that the strain is slightly evident when go on with higher notes. Nevertheless take my 5/5. Attitude was so good. It was a sublime cover and u exuded the actual colour of the song with much ease which is not as easy as that. I could write loads about this Murali. Man…. you really have a mesmerizing voice. Beautiful singing and expressions.

I think GV Prakash was pressurized too much by the director/producer to make this song to sound similar to “uyire” from Bombay! He has done it in well though.

The mix makes the voice to pan/wander from the center to left occasionally.

Never heard the orignial, but I would have taken this as the original song if you didn’t mention it as a cover song. Beautifully sung with great expression and emotion mixed with a right balance. This is going to my fav. list. And, besides being a terrific singer, you are awesome at the mixing skills too. I will go ahedd and listen to your other numbers as well.

A minor point about the song itself-I don’t understand the language, but in many parts, the music and the tune reminded me of AR Rahaman’s Bombay number (Tuhi re, Tuhi re). But overall a very nice soothing number.

I saw your friends request and just went through your profile and I saw one of my favourite songs listed so I listend to it and well I was simply mesmerized by your voice. The rendition was near perfect and almost as close to the original as possible. There are certain individual strains that have come out in your voice, but believe me when I tell you it is simply you that has come out. Keep it that way. Also that titanic song "every night in my dreams " is somwhere in the same league of melody……all of these where hit….sure this is a hit formula composition( remix )

And till date I have not heard the original.
