Just superb ! there is no reason why this version could not reasonably substitute the original !

Murali – KalakkittEppA! Some sangathis especially in the beginning were absolutely delectable. This is the first song I am hearing you getting into a naughty mood. The more jovial singer in you who was never visible has surfaced.

Sindhu – your voice is very nice. Beautiful epxressions and some sangathis from 5:24 – fantastic. Keep it up. Of course the micro sangathis appappo adivaangaradhum irukku (e.g. last maaththuvEyaa).

Excellent singing Murali … you could explore even more I felt with your voice!. You seem to have a very easy reach with most songs and you can easily venture into your own territory I feel.

Sindhuja … excellent voice and rendition. However, I felt that your word-joining could be better to give a smoother flow. Your notes are OK but very fractional compromises are there bcos of your word-joining I feel. You can certainly improve on this.

I have to say this is superb……to my ears there is only very little improvements that I would be asking …….but in studio they wll do all sort of gimmicks to make your vocals stand out……then your singing will sound alot better that this. very nice modulations Murali……Just felt your pronunication makes the listener feel justifiably that you are rendering with a English transcript….this being a folk kinda number the pronunciation needs to be more with a kinda folk lingo….for eg you place the emphasis on kurUKKU in the UKKU part….but you should not close the Kku….leave it more open………Sindhuja has done it nicely too….may be a lil more energy in the same will lift this to a higher plane……
