This is my first duet with my wife Sangeetha since our wedding reception!

I wanted to do a light-hearted fun song to begin with and this is a song that I always wanted to do. This is my first ever attempt on the unique, but fabulous voice of the multi-talented Chandrababu.

So, after my assaults and attempted murders on the voices of Mano and Unni Krishnan earlier this week (and of PBS and Harish Raghavendra last week), it is the turn of the late Chandrababu’s voice to suffer :-)

Sangeetha wasn’t really familiar of the song, but listened to it only once before attempting this. Also she is finding for the first time that recording is quite different from just singing. She almost jumped when her own voice came through her big ear phones even while recording. Her voice is very different when she sings without the microphone :-) Quite scared, after one attempt at the full recording and one attempt to correct a few places, she told me that it is what it is and I can choose whatever I want to do with the recording and that she won’t do anything further :-)!!!

So, apologies for any Shruthi misses and other issues.

Yes, I got her do a full fledged recording but the first time would prove to be easier than the second time :-) she is scared of the recording process now:-) The real challenge is to get her recording for the second time :-)

This song was posted sometime in April:-) I goaded Sangeetha to sing this with me. She was extremely reluctant, but did it anyways. She herself knows if she had made another attempt, she could have done it way better:-)
