Awesome rendition Rajesh!. Your voice lilted through this gem with graceful ease and the tone of your voice is great for classical numbers.
Extremely well sung.

One thing that was audible to the ears was the track joiners in the vocals. If this is made smoother and discreet the song will flow like one take. Just a suggestion that needs fine tuning when recording as well as mixing.

Cheers and your classical renditions are truly inspirational.

Awesome job Rajesh ……especially loved the alaap ….you are a great singer.

I also could make out the track joiners. However I would suggest always singing in 1 take, as this song really tests the breath control. If done in many takes …really takes out the challenge and some sparkle from this otherwise great rendition. Hope you dont mind my honest comment.

Wonderful rendition Rajesh. Sangathis were perfect and liked your improvisations. IMHO, one area of improvement I can think of here is that these classically based songs sound better when sung more open throatedly.

Great Rajesh….loved it….Only thing I felt is that a singer of your caliber can make it even more perfect….Felt like the alaps after ‘Saj sinkar’( First anthara) could have been more bold and perfect.). Also the portions around Chandrika ( 3rd anthara) could have been better I guess… These are minor things which can easily resolved by just practicing more….

Neverthless great song selection and singing…5/5 from me…

Appears nice as far as comparison with hindi song of rafi and lata is compared. But still some improvement is still required to match lata’s version.

However, the rendition does not match upto the level of original telugu version (hayi hayigaa aamani sage) of ghantasala’s majestic voice who displays unimaginable skills in ragas with ease for which he was well known and for this song even rafi and lata (do not match for ghantasala) had straightly admitted that they could not do justice similar to the range of ghantasala in telugu. Lata actually expressed desire to sing the song with ghantasala who recommended rafi since it was a hindi song. Dear Rajesh, try attempting the telugu song by ghantasala , (which is more faster and more balanced and commanding) hindi version will become more easier to sing. Nevertheless, your song was not boring, it was entertaining in your range, a type of SPB style rendering I could note. Dali dali titaleeyan – words voice appears fading as compared to other areas. Overall the song is OK.
