Happy Birthday RajiniKanth!
Lyrics & Chords
Friends
It is a light hearted, but a sincere tribute to Rajinikanth on his 61st Birthday.
It is a dedication to all the fans of RajiniKanth as well.
I decided to do it this way on an impulse.
I wanted to choose a song that was kinda funny but that has a good beat and tune.
Hope you all like it & Hope Nive will forgive me for not getting his permission to include his impersonation which he did casually as we didn’t plan this at all. He has done it perfectly even without any rehearsals. Well done Nive!
I was anxious when i recorded my Intro which I am sure you will easily guess.
Many Thanks to Yogidon for the vocal cut track and to Nivedan for the impersonation of Mr RajiniKanth.
Happy Birthday Mr.RajiniKanth.
Thanks to each and every one of you for listening.

Thanks to each & every one of you for listening & for your compliments
I did it on an impulse yesterday and recorded all of it in an hour before posting it.
I wasn’t that familiar with the song although I have sung it once or twice at home. Hence the few slips! Thanks for tolerating those too.
I realise that lot of Rajini Kanth’s fans are decent & noble as well.

I hadn’t gone through comments before playing the song. Just played the song on the site and started working on another window. The introduction took me by surprise :-) and I came back to the page and started reading the comments. Guess, it took everyone by surprise :-)
Thoroughly enjoyable and thanks for this. I am a big fan of thalaivar Rajini.
Thanks.

I felt too impulsive that day I guess!
Paavam Nive, I didn’t even get his permission
Presumed he wouldn’t mind.
Apologies again Nive.
I love the song though
Incidentally Nive is a huge fan of Rajnikanth

It is very well executed for an impulsive creation. His Rajinikanth impersonation was very nice, though it would have been a surprise to see attached to this one.
It is interesting to hear your spoken voice. So, I am not the only one whose spoken voice is markedly different from the singing voice.
I am a project manager and I generally bark instructions. I am also passionate about work and therefore most of the times I am loud while talking to my team. Pehla Pehla Pyaar Hai was the first song that I ever recorded with my voice 9 months ago (unmixed version of that track is in this site) as my preparation for an informal get-together. I thought it came out better than I expected and I simply played the song during the party without saying anything. My team listened to it, appreciated it and then asked who sung it :-). They wouldn’t believe it when I said I did. I had to sing again live for them to believe :-)
I don’t think you have such issues :-) Your spoken voice is sweet and melodious, but if I were to listen to this speech anywhere else, I wouldn’t have recognized your voice despite having listened to your songs for more than 6 months :-)

U r right.
My speaking vc is different. I do have to speak quite a bit for work which affects my voice. I shd perhaps speak only if I must. Let me see if I can manage it.
Thanks for sharing your experience.
btw, Pehla pehla pyaar is a good song- i like it too.
