Wow! A realtime duet! Very beautifully done by you both. This is one of the unforgettable duets from Raaja in raagam Chandrakauns. Most parts were enjoyable. In my early days in Muziboo due to my overenthusiasm, I too tried this song and hence know how difficult it really is to sing it to perfection! :p

A very nice hit song by Raja. One thing I should say is that some of the songs that Raja has sung, cannot even be perfectly sung by so-called good singers as he is a trick master with his sangathis. One example of a tough song is “Sorgame Enraalum” which even good singers will not find easy to render.

This song has several deft touches and intricacies that make it a very unique and super hit number. I think the overall pace of the song in your version was a bit slow …. so the flow was a bit lost I felt. It was a good attempt but should have been better is what I felt. The flow and pitch were not totally right and needs some concentration. I think overall Anbu sang better than Raji. The pattern of the notes should be studied more to understand the tune more I felt.

Anbu, your voice is well suited to Raja songs and you have a good voice there to work on. I think Raji needs to polish more on her pitch more.

All the best and what fun it must be to singa as a couple!. Kudos for the choice and attempt!.
