Nice improvisations with harmonies adding charm to this wonderful cover. You had complete control over the song. And that mis-pronunciated word is a nitpick of this awesome cover. Snehithane, Allegra and again a melody… what next? :-)

The scale was tad lower than the original i think….
Thought the track was average though….have heard far better ones from Jay…. Specially the flute had a big impact on the Original & the backn chorus…. n few other intruments which were missing…. The mood was somehow not created coz of that…. But thats only the track part……
It was very blunt to be fair….infact the whole mix can be a lil more spicy…. :)
The addition of Tabla in the antara was sounding good….

Shampak— Thanks. I am not sure about the Hindi version, but the Tamizh version doesn’t have chorus in the mukhdas or antaras, just the BGM’s. So wasn’t sure what you were talking about.

Sukumar and Shanmugi-Jay had only one charanam done and it personally gets a little boring after 1 charanam, for this song atleast.
:-) and yes totally agree with you sukumar… This was a hit then, and as many new numbers, this has lost also its charm in due course of time.
