brilliant song pick meera. less listened by many, may be it was hidden behind the big hit “velmuruga” from the same movie. as you mentioned, if someone not listened to the original, its a real miss. but you are nothing less than the original despite of the language barrier. like ur improvisations.

overall a treat to ears!!!

I have to disagree with Rashmi there. I feel the words didn’t sound well at places….“ponnil” and some more words….then the low voices were submerged with music and high notes very shrill.

Good attempt though. Malayalam words have this flow i feel that flow was missing.

Not heard this before. I wud definitely catch the original. Lovely song. And it was a pleasure listening to ur voice. I felt ur pallavi was superb, later u lacked energy. But overall believe me it was a treat. As others said tamil influence was obvious. , but I loved the confidence:). Thanks for introducing this song Meera.
