Meera: Now that I’ve heard the song – I’d like to say some funny thing about this song sequence wherin Shriya would invite Vikram to view her ‘webcast’? online while the latter is busy with income tax raid at her father’s house – such a opening song sequence ofcourse requires this kind of nonsensical lyrics :)

Coming back to your singing – loved it! Good expressions all throughout make the song enjoyable esp. andha ‘hey’ & ‘ah’ ellam and wonderful mixing – enakkum indha maadiri pucca va panni tharuveengaennu ninaikiraen :)

First of all….totally agree with u that the lyrics is almost totally nonsense….reminds me of a program of SPB on Jaya TV, i think, where there was another lyricist who was trying to explain the meaning of this song….was interesting.

secondly….awesome that u r singing this song. we usually have gotten used to romantic, soft, carnatic and the kind of songs that remain in our hearts after 20 or more years….this is totally different….lol….will not remember this for that long. full marks for singing this one….u deserve credit for being versatile.

thirdly, if i had to be a critic — the feel is very good, but a little lacking in energy. otherwise very nice rendition.

fourthly — one of the very few songs in which Shreya looks hideous……lol

Liked it Meera … thought you had done it very well indeed. Good throw and some cool effects especially last word “…theyyyyyyyy” … loved that ending vibrato there … was that just you or some plugin effect?.

I think to be honest I found this to be one of your very best just in terms of bringing the listener closer to the song … you made the apparently meaningless lyrics to jump out for the listeners to interpret with their own chosen meaning. BTW, your recording setup is really cool and I think you must be pretty tech savvy too. Cheers on a good one that I enjoyed wholesomely!.

Asuraththanamaana singing…. Chocolate thaan…. ;-) One of your best renditions topping the chart in Muziboo. I could find a substantial difference between your last rendition and this one…. This is the perfection of urs, I was talking about. I could remember watching the video posted in ur page in facebook performed by Thillana. ‘ha’ ‘yeh’ – superb…. The succeeding ‘Allegra’ was rendered softly giving a variation and the later parts were rendered with the required tint. A Total awesome package – monstrous performance. A power-packed exhibition of a kinetic number by an adroit and versatile talent. So what genre next??
