When: Saturday, June 5th 2010
Where: Chicago, IL
Time: Probably kickstarting with lunch, some icebreaker session (bowling) followed by jamming and dinner.

UPDATES:
- Downer’s grove park district community room OR India House restaurant (Oak Brook) is being considered
-As of now, we are going with George’s PA system ( includes a 6 channel mixer) and Kumar’s 6 channel mixer which he will be bringing along.,/b>
-All of us are planning to bring in one mic each with cables. Should be easy enough to pack in a carry on.,/b>
-Dinner quotes have been obtained from India House in Oak Brook and will be confirmed this weekend once the banquet hall has been visually inspected by George.
All the above have been discussed and narrowed down based on inputs and we will be going ahead with the arrangements based on the number above. Anyone in this group who is still interested in attending the meet, please reply back to the group within 2 days
Also- for those who are confirmed to fly for the meet, Southwest has special deals to Chicago going on right now. And southwest doesn’t charge cancellation fee nor does one lose anything. The amt just goes back on hold which can be used up within a year.

Count me and Roshan (if shes back from India by then) in. I have a small PA system and a 6 channel mixer that we could potentially use. I also have a mic and some mic stands that we could use. I will volunteer to do video and photography as well :)

Wow. It’s very tempting to meet you guys but I don’t think i can make it, specially after a 3 month old at home :). I’m already trying to sneak away from my wife and make music in my basement like a mafia lol. Hopefully, I will get to meet you guys in one of the meets next yr.
