This is a quote from the writings of Nichiren Daishonin, and was the inspiration for this song.

The message in the song is really about belief. When the going gets tough, as it always does prior to a breakthrough,its a question of strong faith in what you believe. All other problems are of little consequence/dust before the wind. I hope you enjoy.

I wrote the song in 2008 having just become a member of SGI as a Nichiren Buddhist. For me it has become the central platform for my life and enabled me to ‘grab the live wire’ of pushing ahead with taking everything in my life to the highest possible level.
