Good singing as always Kuhoo, but somehow the tune did not make a considerable impact on me. “Oraare” bit was really nice and that lingers in the mind.

If I am not mistaken, I believe the lines of the great poetess are kind of indicative of some wishfulness+longing and not a playfulness. But, the intermittent “Gaao naa” and the (certainly beautiful) laugh seemed to make the song appear like a light-hearted romance although the choice of rag (which is kinda an admixture including sindhubhairavi ) indicates a sad tinge. So, I believe the essence of the lyrics could have been better conveyed with a slightly different tune or may be a more supportive orchn.

Nonetheless, it is great to see real good lyrics being tuned by the composer. For that my sincere appreciation.
