In the “BeHAta hai” and “KaHAn janti nahi” of the mukhda, I had a small doubt that the highest note was not fully touched….but maybe I am the only one feeling so… :)

Regarding the Reverb/Echo thing…. I don think its too much…. but the fact is either you have allpied them manually to the voice or used it as ‘Inserts’…. Thats my diagnosis…. Use them as ‘Send’….

really long time hav’nt heard hindi good song from any muzibian all here tamil n malliyalam singers not familiar to those languages but now i m happy to hear some of my kind…… really kuhoo u make me happy i m a big fan of sunidhi chuhan n her style ……u capture it perfectly ….just felt much reverb ….if u can reduse that plz do it …thanx

Excellent. Better than anyone I can think of except for Sunidhi probably. BTW, if you are open for critics from a novice, around 04:06, the lyrics were “Phir Hoga Kaha”, There I think you overdid it a little because the language was kinda like Shubha Mudgal(Like in Rangilo Baro Dholna)……

Also, I think Shubha’s voice was more husky in the original song. Yours was much more open. Did you try to sing it a little differently?

No offense meant, just my 2 paisa to hear my fav singer sing better songs……

Nothing about diction. If I may quote an example, I am sure you will know that there is a difference on how normal hindi is pronounced and Rajasthani/Gujarathi kinda hindi is pronounced. If I am still not able to explain properly, Try to compare ‘Jeelo main ise khulse’ after 04:06 and Rangilo baro Dholna song. Look at the accent used in that song. Now listen to your complete song and see the difference at that part. I think you opened up a little too much.

If your intention was indeed to sound like a completely different person at that part, then I think it was kinda out of place in this song atleast.

Also the second line in my previous post was my mistake. I meant Sunidhi not Shubha.

Kuhoo your singing is fabulous…. each note you take care of. Sometimes the feeling of “thet” singing comes in between which reveals that you have the classical bent of music.

I dont know how bad the earlier mix was…. but this one sounds great to me. Infact perfect!
