Oh Priye - Aniyathi Pravu Lyrics & Chords
This is a beautiful melody from the Malayalam movie Aniyathi Pravu (1997). The movie was directed by one of my favorite directors Fazil. It was later released in Tamil as Kaadhalukku Mariyaadhai which had some nice songs too composed by Ilayaraja including Hariharan’s Ennai Thalaatta Varuvaala.
The lyrics for the song are by Ramesan Nair and music was composed by Ouseppachan. I especially like the string sections in this song. Needless to say, KJY has sung this enchantingly with a lot of subtle variations.
This is my humble attempt at this song. Look forward to your feedback.

Nice one Kumar … enjoyed it. Soothing Bhairavi scale but with a major thrown in, from what I can tell. You have a nice voice and you did a good job!. Soothing as silk. The recording and mixing has room for improvement. Vocal seems to have a slight buzz in the background. Well done, liked it!.

Kumar – very nice pick and very expressive singing. Was it something in the mixing – felt a diff effect in your voice than in your other songs. A kind of “hall effect” if you know what i mean, bec of which your voice’s normal depth couldnt be felt. Still, really enjoyed this one.
