2 Unplugged Songs by my M.I.L Lyrics & Chords
M.I.L = Mother In Law :)
My MIL is a super fabulous singer. I’m not saying this because I won’t get food at home :). She is in her 60’s(68 precisely) but still command terrific control while singing. Her voice and clarity amazes me. According to me, she is in the likes of S.Janaki & P.Susheela and that says it all :). Its a pity that those days, women were suppressed at home and some of their hidden talents never got exposed. Infact after so much pressure from my wife, she got to participate in an Anthakshari show (Paattukku Paattu), which used to be telecasted on Sun TV every Sunday. Gangai Amamran was the host then and she won the first prize on stage. Gangai Amaran got really excited about her singing and mentioned that such beautiful voices should have been in the Industry long back. BTW, even my wife participated in the program and won the first prize :-). Hope you would like the 2 unplugged songs. I asked my MIL to sing along a k-track but somehow she was not able to follow the track. So just left it unplugged. Please do pass on your comments.
