It kind of reminds me of the late 80’s early 90’s. I can’t place my finger on it. It’s very well put together. It’s a genre I’m not too versed in. Part of me wants to say Rush and Pantera, but I can’t be certain. Not much really to say as the song was very well pieced together. It needs lyrics and vocals. I think that’s what’s missing most about it. But that’s just me, I think.
