Here is my humble attempt to sing this song. And this is the first song I recorded in my new Shure SM 58! Let me know how it sounds. :-)

i felt you could open up a bit more while singing higher notes….Soundeed like controlling the notes from down …Go to the top and handle them ….:) Hope you got what I am saying….

@NVK – Thanks NVK. Yes, I have felt that the vocals need to be more sharp at the higher notes. And I was controlling the vocals at the high notes. The reason is that I reside in a guest house (in Trivandrum, where I work) where there are 16 rooms in one floor and I record at night after returning from work. So I take care not to freak out the neighboring roomies, hence the problem. :-)
