You have a sweet voice Janani and a good sense of music. Well done on your first attempt.

What I gathered from your rendition is that you are over-awed singing with the backing track. If you sang this song without any music you will I am sure be more relaxed and render it much better. Your anxiety comes through because of the track music.

So you need to do one thing please … totally relax with the track and try to calm yourself and practice with tracks a lot … no other way. I think musically you have everything … it is just being shaken up a bit bcos of the track music. Try to join in the music and take clues from it when you sing.

I am sure you will do much better next time. By the way your diction also seems to be because of your anxiety.

Good attempt.Listen to the song as many times as you can until you capture all the nuances correctly.Then try your voice upon the track.Also keep in mind pitch and the timing.Good luck!!!Welcome to Muziboo :).

Nice singing…….good singing…… I somehow agree with Arvind Ji for the first time…. Confidence is the key n it will come with precise control & practice. You can add a lil stereo reverb so that the voice gels well with the track n it creates a nice enviornment for the song to respire…… Good effort…… Keep it up….
