Oh Raghuveeraa!
Oh Raghuveeraa! Lyrics & Chords
This is the song my hubby fell for and wanted to take me as his better half:)I sang this song for him when he came to pick up his aunt from my dad’s research centre for Music(Brhaddhvani). His aunt asked me if i could sing a song since this guy likes music.I was preparing for my music practical exam and this was the one i was practicing at that point of time.I sang this immediately.I generally sing with my eyes closed. When i opened my eyes after the song was over i found them smiling at each other.i was wondering what the matter was.
After some giggling she told me that his name is Raghuvir:)
Thats it the rest is history:)
This was recorded seven years back.Am waiting for a good mic to start recording again.Until then will post some old recordings…
Enjoy!

Simply ecstatic after hearing you.
You may need a good mic for you. Easy to get.
I need a better voice for myself. Impossible.

what brilliant and outstanding singing.
I did want to bring one or two diction errors to ur notice……janTa bAyakavEnu venTa rammani vEDukonTi….I think u sang rammani as ramani and broke vEDu and konTi up. It should be together and if needed to be broken the konTi atleast could be softer.
These are just minute things in a rendition that has left me spellbound. Reiterate Murali’s comments above.

Simply beautiful. Not heard this composition of Ramadasa (?) before, and I am glad I did now. Is it in Ragam Kaapi? Looking for more gems like this one from you….
On the lighter side— no wonder Mr. Raghuvir fell flat (for you) after a song like this one. :)
Best,
Ravi

Excellent Rendition Hamsa. Divine. The culture and talent of a great Vidwan has trickled down to you and hopefully will carry forward to your kids to keep it going……Long Live……and god bless.
Never heard this beautiful krithi (Is it??) before. I found a few diction issues as Narayanan pointed out one. The words were broken @ places not meant to be broken. But since i don’t know this song i cannot comment on it.

Superb!
Excellently delivered. Especially we should be proud of Telugu lang. for most of the Kritis just stir the divinity in us.
Surely, You called the Raghuveera and he stood in front of you…what a coincidence.
A memorable one.
thanks for sharing.

Dear Nithya, I like the music without the cacophony of BGMs. Desh has a virtuosity which cannot be produced by any other raaga. very good rendition ! eep up singing for the sake of senior citizens like me—so soothing and supplicating to Raghuram vaidyanathanPrem Abraham said

O,Raghuveera—very nice song —rendered with lot of bhava—Your Dhesh is excellent—also the diction is very good—Is your mother tongue telugu ? —The bhava says so I really enjoyed the music—as your in-laws might have enjoyed too.Anil Pillai said

Hamsa here is few Few diction corrections – cheradu naa "madi (mind ) " not Madhi
Pantunathini is incorrect It is “Bantunaithinani” ( devoted servant )
and vesaari(tired ) it is also one word, should not mix with ’Anyamu … parAkunanunTivi {which means you are remaining me (devotee asking to God )indifferent knowingly } it is one word it should not split.
jantabaayaka (not to leave ) venuvenTa rammani vEDukonTi (requested)
