I just redid the last stanza of the track based on feedback from Prateek, Sumit and Nithya. Hope I get a pass grade this time :-)

@ George: For the last part… You don’t have to shout and sing… If you listen closely to the original, you will notice… Its all from the inner voice… Pure dynamics… I wouldn’t cut points for it here though, as I know how difficult this song is…

yea i understand and whats with the “Don’t think that you are good… Know that you are good!” ? whats your point? i appreciate your comment and your little catchy phrase at the end which adds color to your lill statement there but if you dont know what you are saying or if you dont know the meaning, it wont be something IMO enjoyable to listen to or read in this case. know what im talkin about?

You don’t need to have a second thought bout being good with your guitars… Coz you ARE good and all that you should do is know that you are good… In other words, nothing in this world can change the fact that you are an amazing guitarist!!
The bottom line is, don’t even think that I will doubt on your guitar skills in the wildest of my dreams pal… You truly rock… You always have and I know you always will!! Way to go brother… Cheers… \m/

vocals: hafta agree with deepak. plant’s vocal dynamics are probably much more critical to this cover than hitting the right notes. the right notes were hit nonetheless and tats a good thing. maybe the dynamics are lost in the stream. not sure abt tat. the end just did not do it for me, going by the general expectations george seems to have set. :D

This is nice work George . . hopefully you will take this as constructive criticism . . . but I felt you were missing . . how should I put this . . . some “Meat” to your vocals . . as it is a soft and calming song . . . sounds more like a lullaby . . . put a little more humph!into it and you’ve got a winner!

george! amazing vocals man! altho it sounded a little wierd in the last verse….but an amazing attempt nonetheless!! the closest any1 can get to the original!!
the guitars on the other hand are better than the original!! way to go!

@George – nice work.
Not easy to come up with a version that can be anywhere as good as the original. Led Zepp is among the top.
You have a good voice, but I think to sing a good song, one must also have the tune and tone to suit it! Compare this track with orginal-u’ll see.
I am sure you will take my point in the right spirits ;)
@Gibson – Ok stuff. Although, some places i felt the guitarist was actually too high ending up with drowsy music. Like I said, Led Zeppelin had the liberty to be high since they gave quality output.
I am afraid u r yet to achieve that comfort level.

I love this song. Great attempt by you George. Just felt that your words were more crisp than the original.
