George, you are one of good singers in muziboo. Your voice is in current trend league. Nice qualities …….and about this song….I personally hate this because who ever composed it has very less compositional skills….only good enough for a christmass charols. Listen to that bass and drum loop its a copy replica of Dilse re rythm , I honestly dont understand why these people should be paid for making music.
But your voice and skills absolutely did a justice. Keep up the good work.

I heard this song many a times before in esnips, it suited your voice, and you have sung it well. Agree with Maruthi on the arrangements, its high time that Harris should stop copying A.R.Rahman’s orchestrations / arrangments. I believe this song was sung by Hariharan, you missed those subtle variations…. but I like it though. Congrats on your first Tamil song, you were awesome.

Hey george , great attempt… ur voice as usual rocks… ur style was making the tamil words sound like english…wester kinda… u can improve ur diction even more… in places like ‘kanavodu than’ its ‘dhan’… ‘Netru’, ‘Eduthen’, ‘nerukam’… generally wherever ‘edu’, ‘neru’ U mathra cums, u tend to stress tat part… u can avoid it… it was like listening to sukhwinder… but believe me ur diction s far better than him

A very catchy song but somehow didn’t make it to the charts!

Both Hariharan and Mahathi are very good in this song. As Murali pointed out, barring some gamakas, think it was a quite a nice performance!

You should sing more Tamizh songs, you aren’t that bad in pronouncing actually :)

I am a new member of Muziboo and hearing a number of great singers and their songs. Here are my thoughts on this song: Very nice singing of a highly melodious number. I liked it when I first heard its Telugu version, recently. While I love Harris Jayaraj’s tunes, he may be at risk of sounding quite similar in some of his tunes and needs to expand them to diversify. But coming back to your singing, except for a few places, it sounded great. Keep it up. By the way, could I possibly ask you for the track with or without the female track. Also, if you prefer, please let me know a source where I can get this track from. Thanks very much.
