This song won the Grammy for the song of the year a long time back. I know a number of you have asked me to sing this. So this goes out to all of you :)
Another song that has a beautiful message. How often we pass by someone helpless and choose to ignore subconsciously, when a little help from us could go a long way for them.
Lets all celebrate this holiday season by trying to make a difference in the lives of people in need and buy ourselves another day in paradise.

Mixing query: I did notice that the voice is panned both sides and not mono in the centre, which was interesting, but it felt more prominent in the left. Also, the kick drum and rimshot – were they missing in the k track? Kind of a hole in those frequencies….

Nitin – Thank you for the feedback. The karaoke track was a mess and had harmonies in em (panned to the left). The drums were missing in the track. I found that interesting too. The vocals are panned left and right with a 25msec delay in between to give it the stereo effect. I use this effect sometimes :) I think you feel the prominence on the left channel coz of the harmonies being on the left channel.
