I just wanted to find out what all of you use for mixing. Once we find the top 5, we can have one representative for each software making a small demo video to help others.

I am using Adobe Audition 5.
I think this is very easy to use and it’s plugins presets are really helpful.

Hello, This is Dennis
Audition is just for playing purposes. Cool edit pro, goldwave, wave lab and many others are for wave editing not for mixing and tracking.
DAWs
I have worked on Nuendo, Cubase (old new and AI), Ableten live, Sonar, FL studio, Audition …. as far as I can remember; and also NERO for that matter. REAPER comes out to be the winner and now its my weapon of choice. Extensive friendly !!
