Bio

Houston, Texas – Yousef Baloch was born in Havana, Cuba. With literally no money in his pocket, he and his mother made it out of Cuba into the United States, risking both their lives. Yousef managed to find ways to get by in Houston. He hustled and worked on the side to get all the money he could to put his career in gear. He was soon recognized in the streets of H-Town and is one of the few to gain respect in both the North and South side. Today he is successfully enrolled in Media Tech Institute where he learned to record, mix, master and is on his way to learning the business side of the music industry.

Flawless, as he is now called, has a unique style. His music is part hip hop, part southern rap, part club and part rhythm and blues. To him, music is how he expresses his life to his fans. It comes natural and instinctual and its done with great respect and admiration. His favorite quotes are, “The music drives the soul”, “A true soldier in the booth always spits the truth”, “The sky is your limit but I reach for the stars”.

He has been awarded #1 artist in Contenocity Nationwide artist competition by DadEPhresh himself (CEO of Phresh Ta Def Ent). He also performed in Houston, Texas at Buhos Club & Car Club and Floor & Décor hosted Car Show.

His new album Story Of My Life, which is available Worldwide through iTunes and every major music carrier has achieved him a lot of success. His hit single “I Stay Fresh” is featured on Coast 2 Coast vol 105 hosted by Wale and vol 106 hosted by Dj Khaled. His second single “Take Me Away” is loved by Jango Radio fans receiving thousands of hits.

Flawless is in the process of writing and recording at this time and plans on doing a Washington D.C. wide tour at the biggest club venues which will be announced soon.

Musical Instruments

I record at Sunrise studio, mic of preferance: TLM 170, I like both Analog and Digital sound so my pick for the console and mic really depends on the song. I use alot of plug ins but i also touch the sound up with outboard gear. All the equipment i use is top of the line some not even released in the regular market, got to love Media Tech
