While listening to this song I can feel the rhythmic rocking of the boat (don’t know whether this song is picturized on a boat or not). Very soothing rendition NVK sir, your voice floats around those high and low notes with utmost ease. Loved it(5/5).

Beautifully sung NVK. It was so smooth and effortless. The mixing was good too, except the echo. You need to cut down on that. You voice tends to get buried in all the echo/reverb.

As regards the song you have suggested , it is one of my favourite too. In fact I have sung it in many places either with live orchestra or without any music….in the early/mid eighties… Let me see if can get hold of a karaoke track for the song and then I will have to see if I can still sing it reasonably well enough to upload here…:D

Amazing rendition. Just love the way you came out of ‘Jahaan ki rut badal chuki’!
You resisted the urge to sing in Rafi’s voice, and that has made this rendition all the richer.
Sir, I have one suggestion though I am not even half as good a singer. Can you try and get just a tinge of nasality in your singing? It might compensate for a lot of your low notes getting all muddied up.
