NVK Sir, enjoyed the song. Could have been a bit softer, the whole song is about extoling beauty of the women/ nature. You started the first Charanam very well (Ilamaikku Nadai Azhagu), the whole song should have had the same feel. The word “Kalvarku” should be pronounced with a “L”. Felt the “Oorvalathil ther Azhagu” could have been better….Overall it was quite pleasing. God bless.

I would like to mirror “Gops’ comments”. You started the song well but lost steam towards the end. There were sruthi lapses in the higher notes. In fact, this is one of the perfect songs for your kind of voice texture. Please re-do the song with a touch of romance and this could become one of the best songs in muziboo.

One of the most nostalgic songs of ARR’s in recent years.

Awesome effort. Thought you could have done with a little more feel as some mentioned. One more thing that I noticed was some slight pitching issues at the highest note ( where the lines "oorvalathil per azhagu and similar line in charnam II).

Other than that, think was a nice pick of song to show your voice.

Nice song selection and let me tell you your voice is better than Unni menon’s in my opinion.
But i agree with the others that the expression could have been better.
Some brihas need polishing like “Nelluku naatrazhagu”, “Oorukku aarazhagu” and “Avalukku naan azhagu” …otherwise you were sooper as usual!:)

It had always been a fantasy for me to know how Jagjit would have sounded in a Tamil song. This rendition of yours comes close to that fantasy. Slight coconut flavor in vaththakkozambu, but a pleasant one nonetheless :)

I did not find any major error in singing. There was a slight offscale singing in oorvalaththil thErazagu. Very nice rendition.

I am a big fan of this song, it was sung by S.P.Balu garu in Telugu. I love the background score in it which is very soothing especially the humming.

I liked your version better than the original, your expressions were very good. As pointed by others there were some minor off scale in higher registers. Rest all is absoultely fine.

Hearing to your second song but this time in Tamil-for the first time. Not just awesome but terrific and brilliant singing.You were skeptical about your Tamil diction, but over all it sounded great and soothing to ears. Yes, I agree to Murali. Could sense Mallu accent in some places. Nevertheless, enjoyed it thoroughly :)
