NVK Sir,
I liked the rendition. A few flat notes in the second anthra, but otherwise the pitching was good in all other places. This singing was good and the energy was just fine. For me the only thing missing was the crooning modulations that Rafi brings to his songs. When I hear a Rafi song, if I dont hear those modulations, I feel I have missed something. Especially in the lines “Yeh dekhne ki Cheez Hai Humara Dilruba” and “Taali Ho..”

After a long time I felt there were some issues with your diction Like “Dekho” , “Utha”…
As others have mentioned I would second them that the energy level wasnt quite upto the mark…
Sir thoda aur Chilla ke Gaate padosiyon ko main sambhaal leta… lols…but I still love your rendition , just wanted to let you know that I would be glad if you can bring out the feeling/expression of the songs you sing ( I mean fast/peppy numbers… )

Excellent! I thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s such a peppy Rafi song! I must mention what struck me (struck me earlier as well). You have a very youthful voice – something on the lines of Sonu Nigam. :) The only other comment I can think of is the diction – while the Hindi is very, very good, there is a subtle something which, I am no Hindi expert, shows that you are from the Southern part (like I am). It, however, does not take away from the song one bit. :)

A very different song from you. This is one of my fav Rafi songs. What a vareity Rafi saab got! I have no comments on the song coz we all know you are a great singer. “The energy level” is also my concern if you accept it.
