Hi great voice you both have. The song selection is great. It was a good effort. My observations are : For Ms.Jaishree: (1) Rendition of the pallavi was superb (2) Charanam, in certain portions some pitching problem. (3)High notes she had some difficulty, (4) The landing notes were abrupt, the cadence was missing (5) practice on the sangthis. As already stated in the begining of my comment you have a Great Voice, can improve still practice a lot.
For Mr.Theagaraj: (1) Good Voice (2) Good to listen the song in your voice (3)all the basic grammar of singing was there in tandem with the music (4)I had feeling that you were more interested to finish the song, ie., you hurried in some portions.
Both continue singing, each time you do, you will better the best. Every song posted in the site should be the benchmark for the next song. This should be borne in mind and improvement is sure to creep in with lot of knowledge. Being passionate for learning an instrument you can do so by attending a class. It is not the same for singing, however passionate you are in singing if you do not have the right voice you cannot sing. VICE is the gift of God. You have that gift cultre it by lot of practice.
