By using the website www.muziboo.com (referred to as muziboo from now on) you agree to the following terms and conditions

1. By uploading your music on the website, you give muziboo the right to host your music files and keep them publicly accessible. You also grant visitors/users of muziboo a non-exclusive license to access your music through the website.

2. You agree that you will not upload content which is copyrighted, protected by trade secrets or subject to third party proprietary rights including privacy and publicity rights unless you are the owner of such rights.

3. You agree to maintain a good code of conduct in the user groups and respect the other members.

4. Muziboo does not endorse music / comments submitted by the users and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Submissions. Muziboo strictly prohibits copyright violation and will remove content that is not in compliance with these guidelines if notified in written. Muziboo reserves the right to remove content and user submissions without prior notice.

5. Muziboo will try its best to provide the best service and user experience but cannot be held liable for any service disruptions as and when they happen or possible data loss.
