So what happens to the songs we have already uploaded ? Do we have to re-upload them for 128 kbps streaming or it will automatically have it ?

The songs that you have reuploaded (after Feb 2008) would be converted to 128 kbps automatically. However you would have to edit them to make the 128 kbps file visible.
This is obviously if you uploaded a 128 kbps+ file in the first place. If not you can reupload without losing comments etc
