Kevin A Eagleton Jr (born August 8, 1983), primarily known by his stage name Calvin Crabtree , is an American Rapper, Songwrighter and Record Producer.

Calvin Crabtree began his career in music in a local boy band group called – The South Central Thugs -
He later broke apart to be come a solo artist in 2009 put out a demo cd called Servin’ Em’ Soft. Also in 2009 is when he and his producer, BC THE THRILLER, met and november 2009 put Trading Love And War Stories out, Sticking with the same producer in 2011 is when they put out Shoebox Memories [BOX 1] .Calvin Crabtree is known for his Songwriting, Co-Production and Smooth Vocals on the Mic.

Kevin, Growing up a good boy with caring people around, Established and matined a love for wanting to Create and perform music with doing his part on the vocals. Unlike most he never performed and never studying a type of performance.
Coming off some what different in his casual, layed back, approach to performances with songs that make you go home felling like you herd talent instead of rhyming with the fancy hand gestures, talking shit and getting the crowd of people drinking in bars hyped up. Calvin Crabtree captures the audience,
currently in the bar seen, With out most of the focus on him, letting people enjoy a drink, have conversation, or feel the lyrics he spits.

Kevins mother died of cancer early in his life. He found shelter with the social group at school know as Freaks. Dressing in all black with long black hair, then known by another nic name (FLEXXX), Kevin was still in to rap. most thought of him as a follower of the musician Marliyn Manson, due to the band t-shirts he was known to wear. After realizing that most was making fun of him for his choice ,even people in his own circle, He went from black and back to his old dressing style and dropped the so-called friends cutting the hair & keeping the over all a Well Mannerd, Respectfull Persona, Still feeling like the world was agenst him for no reason Witch shows in his Wrightings

Music

Calvin, in late 2009 took it upon himself to use a real approach to music, other than freestyleing. that is when he founded the local boy band group the South Central Thugs. After differences Calvin decided it was time to move on and released a free demo cd using sample of others music so producers would get a feel of what type of music he was looking for with the use of his vocals. After handing out several hundred cds is when he got an email from BC THE THRILLER and they started making music together.
Staring with the single Luv Thug ended in Calvins Favorer. Branching off from Luv Thug and the success of other songs, Shows , Fans and Spins came. Calvin Like other artist has done his share of mixed tape tracks.
