Bala, you have a distinct style of arrangement, this one touched my heart !
Hricha & Meera, naming both of you since I could not figure out who sung which part except for the harmonies in the middle of the song which I felt had a Meera-stamp in it (the haa haa haa part). And the sargams which had a Hricha-stamp in it …. I may be wrong :P But loved both of your vocals !
One part of this music piece which gave me goose bumps was the cry of the female around the timestamp 1:01 …. ohhh that was magnificent ! Who did that Bala ?
The laugh of the male character at 2:17 was also very apt …. the wicked laugh and the female pathos portion following it.

All in all very apt theme music with every emotional element into it.

The only thing which put me into thought was this (I really do not have much knowledge to say if it is correct or not, if anyone knows pls let me know) – harmonies were also done in the sargam part and the same notes were sung in the harmony track, which is not actually singing the correct notes. Is this style acceptable or rather prevalent ? No offence meant, just want to update my knowledge in the harmony area. Because harmony is a western influence and you have used it in Hindustani sargam.

Good job team. Concept and presentation is very well thought. Didn’t find the need for two singers (by i meant voices are not distinguishable). In my opinion if the female crying and male laughing overlapped that would be even more effective….great job on mixing. orchestration/arrangement can be improved.

hmm….one more thing female crying though is a conveying the idea it may prevent some sensitive audiences from listening again.
