I felt some words could have been more softer … like "yeh armaan hai… and dil kehta hai…
Small diction issues were there too but I must say a very good first attempt on a Hindi song.

Volume variation of vocal between the channels in recording is a small issue… Hope u will take care of it…in the next attempt.

Panning/delay was not very appealing……seems like someone singing the same song in ears after 5 secs…….:) mix could have been better……singing was good……but overall mixing of this song lets ur song go down…….first antara was pitchy….i mean up and down……at the start……diction at a couple of places will improved as u sing more hindi songs….

Ashraf …very nice attempt at a kishoreda song ….liked the attitude in this rendition …but in my view the feel was lacking a bit ….agree with RK on his perspective….also the vocals are heard only the right channels. I am also bitten by the same diction bug …so wont comment anything regarding that ….:-)

But the issue here is you tried to sing like Kishore Kumar and so theres a shake in your voice.
Try to sing in the Ashraf-style coz you have a really good voice.

Hi Ashraf,

This is a nice rendition….you’re a good singer! Felt the expressions could have been better…. could have had more feeling.

As far as diction goes, it wasn’t too bad but be careful with words like ‘jaye’…it really doesn’t have a ‘y’ sound there even tho’ that’s how we write it in English….:)
