Dearest and Divine seeker (Myself included as a seeker),

Bhajans are basically praises of God or devotional singing done to express your love, devotion, belief and faith in God, his reflections, his incarnations, Demi Gods or the Infinite Consciousness (Formless worship).

Know that when you do bhajans in full surrender faith you are in the enlightened state that very moment and you will elevate the other souls around you from the frog bottom to transcend them to another plane of existence being one with the infinite divine consciousness.

This is the effect of listening to bhajans on you and other souls around you. When you sing or listen to bhajans your small mind (Intellect/Mind) starts disconnecting from your bigger mind (Soul/Self) and at a point you totally get disconnected from the small mind and all the illusion around you dissappears. You suddenly feel that the whole world is encompassed in you and everlasting love flows through you and to you. You are now not limited to the finite consciousness within the body but have become a channel/instrument to receive the everlasting grace, love, peace, happiness and blessing from the source of infinite consciousness – God.

This is the highest level of BLISS (everlasting joy, Param Ananda State, Krishna Consciousness) and PEACE attained being on earth to transcend from the finite to the infinite cosmic consciousness.

Your soul is made up of love, happiness and peace and all these start flowing through you when you sing bhajans or listen to bhajans, for your soul to pervade in every soul around and heal them and bring to them the grace and everlasting happiness and unconditional love of God.

You are no different from God that very moment as God pervades in every level of your existence in the most potent form during this time channelising the highest level of goodness through you being a channel. During this time if you wish anything for others (selfless prayer) it will come true. This is the magic of bhajans, focussed prayers and meditation.

Every level of your existence is now one with God.
This is the moment in time when you are already in Heaven and your soul transcends to another level and pervades to touch the realms of Heaven with the grace of God in the potent form.

This is why people say it feels Divine and like in Heaven when in Satsangs or bhajan sessions in the temples or at home. (All the good adjectives can be attributed to this moment)

Every bhajan is melodious. The river when it flows also sings but only when you are enlightened shall you be able to hear it from the ear of the soul.

Similarly it is your minds perception with respect to melody. If you let go on any bhajan even if you do not know the language you will connect to the source through the infinite consciousness and then it is like you rise above all the materialistic and wordly barriers to dance to the tune of the melody or music of God, your existence and HIS composition.

I am very happy that a divine soul like you has created such a forum….God Bless You….Know that Lord Krishna or any form of God that you believe in or one step ahead the formless infinite God is very happy with you this day. Every step taken towards goodness matters in the journey towards being realized in your soul/self, such a person is also called a self realized person, when he frequently rises seeking for the Ultimate truth and the path which leads to the Ultimate truth.
