AJ, Great choice of song! It’s one of my favorites from Ilayaraja. And u right, Suresh Wadkar did a fabulous job with it.

I liked your attempt overall. You have adapted the same style of singing and your voice texture sounds like his too. The mukhda was well done. Some parts in the antara were nicely done….like “Tera Sahara mil gaya hai zindagi” before the “Lalalala”….good expressions. But there were pitchy places also, mainly the high notes.

Its not an easy song to sing definitely and your attempt is commendable overall. Keep singing such great songs!

AJ – This was a good attempt. Not an easy song to cover. Your voice projection was very nice. I liked the expressions too. There were a few flat notes and pitch issues here and there but they can be fixed (humne zamane se, chota sa saya thaa etc)

my 2 cents would be ….start with a single song
and then start taking difficult ones…

i think the scale you are singing is really uncomfortable for you…find your comfort zone…i ll refrain from rating this one

You have total understanding about this song and you are very nice in the rendition….the only mistake you have done is you should have pitch reduced the krk track to suit your range….if you have done that ……there would have been no negative comments mate…… you rock otherwise

Very nice voice. Stark resemblance to Suresh Wadkar’s voice. That said, there were quite a few pitch issues. Just as it is for most of us here, that will improve as you keep singing more and more. Good job.

AJ, the mixing in this rendition is very good. Perfect balalnce between the karaoke and your voice.
Your voice sounds nice and crisp.
Its only the pitching that you have to work on. concentrate more on the high registers……thats where you have a greater tendency to go off-pitch.
