I would say … every week, we should discuss a new technique or tutorial that can help people improve. Let the more experienced people contribute to the discussion. That way a repository of useful information would also be created

It would be great, if each singer can let others know how exactly he/she has improved over a few songs with feedbacks from fellow Muzibians. This will encourage more people to give critical feedback as they know that it is actually helping somebody improve.

Also, as Prateek says, discussing some tutorials in forums can be good. This will help a lot of people who are new to technology or singing and recording.

AJ: why don’t you start a discussion about some singing technique that beginners can use and then invite experienced members to contribute. Once you get a couple of discussions going, I am sure more people will start discussions on their own too.
