My God!! Atlast I made it :) that too before the day ends !!!! I wish everyone – my dears & nears a wonderful Valentine’s Day!
This song by ARR rendered by SPB must have touched everyone’s heart for sure at some point of time or other – as for me, this rendition by Bala maddens me whenever i listen to this and thats one primary reason for me to cover this on this special occasion.
When all valentine’s day songs uploaded today (atleast in Kuthu Club’s parlance) are going to be mostly a happy sounding one – I’d rather preferred to upload a song that details the craving of a lover estranged from his soulmate. The analogy detailed in the lyrics is just incomparable and makes one wonder if such analogies do exist?
My special thanks goes out to my dear buddy Raj who took all the pains to have this song mixed for me barring the average recording quality and instrumental track – thanks for being out there for me da!!!

nice singing ajay…. some places area little off pitch …. usually the high notes… but no probs… and i guess u shud try recording wid a better mic…. the mix is gud but i think the voacl input is not so gud quality bcos of a not so gud mic…. my personal opinion though…. keep up the gud work buddy…. all the best…!!

A very nice pick for Valentine’s Day! While millions enjoy Valentine’s Day with their loved ones, there would be a lot of them who would be missing their soul mates due to various unfortunate reasons… A great thought from you to bring out such a song on this very special day!
One of my most fav songs by the great ARR! This song is sheer magic! Good effort put in by you in singing this one… Just a few places which might need some correction and all is well! :)

My heart bleeds each time I listen to this song! Perfect song to remind us of how precious love could be to a heart, especially when lost! Very apt pick!
Asfor your singing, hmmm……very nice. But you should listen to the song a few more times to capture the right nuances (Eg.Paal mazhaikku, innum neelum, vanthathenadi, vanthu ponathu). But it IS a tough song so I have to give you credits for doing this without spoiling the mood/charm of the song.

Superb Ajay seri adikkaatha da inga vanthathu late thaan othukkiren…. At few places, I felt, ‘sila naazhigai’ was gr8 and at one place, felt it cud’ve been better… While singing, ‘kanneeril thee vaLarthu’, ‘vaLarthu’ seemed to have been uttered as ‘valarthu’ at 2:36 while correctly uttered at 4:42. Kathari Kathari unthan ullam udainthu ponathu enakku puriyuthu kannaa…. I loved the way u carried the expression through out the song… Brilliant song to pick n beautifully rendered da. Highlight is ur voice and the feel produced…. Keep it up da….
