I have just spotted the track and it was yourself and Sowmya who made my efforts rewarded. Agree with the comment laboured above that u need to be open-throated while singing atleast. But at the same time, if you had practised delivering the subtle nuances with a restrained throat better dont change it now. A Transition is ur style of singing may result either way. An awesome co-ordination with Sowmya and one of my all time fav. from IR. All the best.

Some trivia -this movie anandakummi was produced by IR and was a box office bomb….it had a weird theme of a brother loving her sister or some such thing….
and this song was recorded in Bombay with RDB’S orchestra…….

Aditi…… Had to keep listening for at least twice to make out your voice, so feeble, looks the mix has to be that way ?(never heard the original. Does the song demand one singer that way… just a doubt :)
It is the best song i ever heard on this site in Muziboo in the Tamil field by girls.

Can one of you tell me the Telugu or Hindi version of the same song please….

RDB and IR are mutual admirers. IR has done many such songs in RDB’s studio and viz…. “Sundari Kannal oru sedhi…” from Thalapathi movie also recorded in RDB’s. Even IR also contributed to RDB’s many movies….

Thanks for reminding me about all these things Subbu. Once again kudos to ladies and Vishnu.

Adithi and Sowmya… absolutely brilliant singing. Nice mixing by Vishnu too… What I feel is that it would be nice to hear if we could easily differentiate the two voices. I could hear two similar voices. This is my personal taste. so do get offended by this. I loved the “kukoo…. in the interlude” This is one of the top renditions i came across muziboo and this going into my favourites.

@ sowmya: your voice is awesome got a lot of expressions and is really teasing… As I always say, you I could hear traces of LR Easwari’s Voice.

@ Adithi: Ngybagam Irukka? when you gave a ‘veena pona mic’ to raj and sang ‘Ithazil kathai Ezhuthum’ and completely stole the show there :-)

But here you two were very competitive but, I feel sowmya over took you…:) Thanks a ton for letting us listen to his wonderful renditions. All the best to you ladies for the future renditions…

Adithi— your brigas were absolutely effortless done, kudos!! Adithi— your recording is pretty good in this, seems like you have found your distance after all :)

Sowmya— kolinjalgale line was very beautiful, well done….

Vishnu—good one for the most part although I do have a suggestion. The mixing could have been more continuous/flowy in the interlude where the the punch of the song comes— the koo koo part. felt the fast alternate panning took away the fluidity of that part. But, then that’s my 2c. Also, felt a little base on both their voices might have been tad better. Adithi’s especially.

5/5 and definitely to my favs!

The energy and feel you both gave for this song was splendid. I feel in the energy wise Aditiji you were much better than Soumya. But maybe Soumya was trying to add the soft version :). Soumya, I felt that you have difficulty singing fastly the words, Especially in the beginning. But then you really caught on. But great rendition folks. Goes into my favs :)

I have been in tears so many times listening to his compositions for binding to the situations ….he is the only composer in indian cinema to give that fine details in the situation melodically not just atmosphere by playing instruments….which lot of so called composers doing these days…….

What more can I say? This is a terrific combination…… Excellent song pick.

Mixing in the first interlude shows the sincere efforts form Vishnu! Very good. The last few kokoo’s were noisy. Nevertheless, the panning gave a very fresh feel. It was like honey sprinkling on me from all the directions!

I just cannot stop this song going to my favorites!
