This song is the perfect ode to all such lovely things we have experienced in our lives!
I sang this song as a part of a dedication album to a dear friend and would like to share it with you all now. Jency once again brings us the magic in IR’s composition which is actually about a young girl’s blossoming love. The dreamy effect this tune creates is one of its kind and I have heard so many people say how special it is to them in their lives!
I have very sweet memories of this movie. I used to visit my grandparents in a little scenic town near Erode when this movie was released. Of course, at that time age, I didn’t know a thing about real life romance. But somehow the song “Germaniyin Senthaen Malare” in the movie inspired me to sing it as a duet with this older kid, Ganesh, who lived next to my grandparents’. I used to chase the poor fellow every time I saw him and pester him to sing the song with me when my grandmother would be rolling with laughter :D
If you think this rendition of mine sounds good, it is only because of Hariji’s mixing! The number of songs this kind soul mixed for me as a part of the private collection and the turnaround time for each of those are simply overwhelming! My heartfelt thanks to you Hariji! :)

Still at office….But, when I saw the song title, couldn’t resist my urge to listen and comment.
Fantastic song and bring’s back old memories to me too. Agree with Uthra on the natural influence of the original singer’s voice !! Beautifully emoted in the charanams with perfection !! Loved it to the core and goes to favs straightaway !!
Though, we see lot of hands in mixing from Haribhaskar, we are missing his voice !!
