Sudeip, Thanks for your comment. I just uploaded this like 15 minutes ago with help from my friend. It’s a song I’d written, composed and sung some time ago. Glad you liked it :) It was recorded at a studio in Shivalik by AJ Sen, one of the best guitarists of our country. I’m not sure if he’s still there….
Abhilasha, Very soothing composition and nice arrangements, you got a very pleasant and expressive voice. Lyrics were too good, very different from the regular crap, one suggestion to the singing though, sing the end notes clearly, i was not able to hear some of them. Very neat effort.
Dhiraj,Thanks so much for your valuable inputs. And thanks a lot for your suggestions. I’ve never been a great fan of my voice to be very honest, but I do love composing and writing lyrics. That’s what I love doing most and actually that’s the area (of writing lyrics and composing tracks) which I want to develop and get professional with. Wish me luck…. It’s so tough to get a break. If you get any ideas, lemme know.

The arrangement was done in delhi after three of us, a musician pal, another recordist and me sat down to figure what could go best. Though the melody is mine the entire arrangement was the work of AJ Sen and Debajyoti Bhaduri, both very talented and Delhi-based musicians. Like I mentioned to Dhiraj, I’m really hoping to get some professional work as a lyricist and composer more than a singer. :) If you have any ideas do keep me posted…. cheers….
Nice singing abilasha …….I liked the vocals just oozing out from your soul……the place (beedu mai bhur kabhi) the backing pad strings is one good touch for the song. ( forgive my hindi I am from chennai so )

You have nice texture to ur Voice….but still there is chance to improve to hit note very tight….
You take song carried in a nice progression….and have a different style of planning the vocals….I like it a lot….
But I guess you sing a perfect love song with MASTI expression at some places….which is not matching to the Feel….Its my openion of course….:D
