Surprisingly Bhai Giridharan you sounded somewhat like Adwait Ji also. Its a very soulful melody and I am sure the lyrics are too. Understanding through an English translation is one thing but appreciating the real artwork in poetry different. I sensed your words had symmetry and well balanced in meter. Great to listen your voice alone. Very difficult and time consuming task you undertook but it was worth it as you can cherish this song for the rest of your life. Enjoyed it all.

Well you rightly said that all our actions, attitude, emotions and reaction are basically determined and guided by our mind. Its true that we’re kind of slave to our mind and we do whatever it tells or what we’ve got in it. Hardly people explore other than whats in there…. well thats a long time consuming topic but you’ve kind of sum up this fact in to your one song effectively. I liked the translation you’ve put therein. You sang it beautifully and even though not knowing what you were singing but the expressions were delivering its meaning. Great work Giri bhai…. from translation to writing lyrics in this language and to singing it that good…. rightly said by Naqvi saheb that you’ll cherish this for the rest of your life. Great singing Giridharan. You have a very good voice expecially in law register you are so nice. Love to hear your more songs. But is this a film song? Not heard yet. I was of the feeling that I heard almost all oldies in Tamil as I have a very good collection of Tamil old songs. But this is new to me. Thank you for sharing it here.
