Streets da kidd started rapping at age 15. Says he really did’nt take it serious untill freinds and family members started to speak on how good they thought his music was. So with that bieng said,he soaked in all of the positive remarks floating around him,and went pen and pad crazy, downloading instrumentals of different styles he went to work, day and night constantly writing lyrics. But once streets noticed that he was just writing and writing lyrics, he figured there was no progress,because he did not have any access to recording studios at such a young age. With that bieng said he begged and begged his mother to get him a ten dollar handheld wal-mart microphone. Streets did’nt stop until his mother finally purchased it for him,and from that day foward he was unstoppable, recording more songs than your average 15yr old artist would. Streets was his own recording engineer,learning to control all onboard knobs/swithces. So as the years passed streets was ready to hit jr. high, this led him to click up with 3 young guys that led to the young mafia, a group that these four young men formed.But only to learn that the group would be broke up so soon,caused by the hurricane katrina disaster. The whole group split up in different directions. Streets and his mother flead to Shreveport La for a while,but once things became normal they moved back to New Orleans La. And now streets continues his music career which is much more stronger and elevated. Streets is 21 now and says he will never stop the hustle and grind untill he become a worldwide mainstream artist.
