Rekoncyle is a Christian rock band hailing from Quispamsis, New Brunswick, Canada. Finding influences from such bands as Switchfoot, Thousand Foot Krutch, Steve Fee and many others Rekoncyle has a rather large range of music and tastes. The brainchild of Matt Lefait and brother-in-law Kevin Munn, Rekoncyle originally struggled to find a full roster of members to fill out the band. Throughout this period Matt and Kevin worked diligently eventually finding the two full-time members they needed in Evan Locke and Mark Barrett. Rekoncyle was founded in late 2009 and has just recently begun to take off. So far they have been in the studio writing and learning new material as well as covers. Look forward to hearing these guys, you won’t regret having taken the chance!
