I like Karthik very much out of the new set of singers in TFM. Ava enna enna is one of those cool songs by this cool singer. Surya’s dance in this song deserves a special mention. Harris Jayaraj and Gautam Menon combination has produced some nice movies with good music.

The track has some issues like some noise at the beginning and abrupt jumps especially the 2nd charaNam. I couldn’t figure out where to start and end “vAzhkkai raatinamthAndA” :) because of an abrupt jump in the track.

RajaMani…I love Karthik’s voice in the new pool of professional singers. He is such effortless in singing with his dynamic expressions…“Oliyile”…“Indha Boomiyile…”, “Kan pesum vaarthaigal” to mention a few. This rendition can be improved a lot and the “O…onnukkulla Onna” starting went off-beat from the start. Actual beat starts from “onnukkulla…”. 2nd charanam should start at 3:48 (In fact, there is no jump in the track)

Anbu, I totally agree with you on Karthik’s singing and expressions. I’ll record this song again when time permits. I compared this track with the original and it is not matching with the original. This track is a copy paste loop track and it does lack the timing. But, I’ll again try to record the song with your suggestions. You have very keen ears and I really appreciate all of your pointers.
